Community Guidelines
Fansee is a home for creators and their audiences. These guidelines describe what we expect from everyone on the platform — creators, subscribers, and commenters alike — so that Fansee stays a place where original work can thrive and where everyone is treated with respect.
1. Who Can Be Here
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Fansee. The platform contains content intended for adults.
2. Content We Do Not Allow
The following content is never permitted, regardless of which tier, post type, or privacy setting it is published under. Violations are grounds for immediate removal and account termination.
- Sexual content involving minors. Any depiction, drawing, animation, text, or audio that sexualizes a minor is prohibited. Violations are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperating authorities.
- Non-consensual content. Anything depicting real persons without their informed consent, including “revenge” material, hidden-camera content, deepfakes of real people without authorization, and leaked private material.
- Graphic violence or harm. Real-world torture, sexual assault, bestiality, incest, or content that glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Hateful conduct. Content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or serious disease; coordinated harassment; calls to violence.
- Illegal goods or services. Drugs, weapons, trafficking, solicitation, human-trafficking escort services, or promotion of fraud.
- Intellectual-property infringement. Uploading content you do not own or have license to distribute; removing watermarks; selling other creators’ work.
- Impersonation. Pretending to be another person, celebrity, or organization in a way that is likely to mislead.
- Spam & manipulation. Fake engagement, bot activity, mass unsolicited messaging, affiliate-link spam, malware, phishing.
- Privacy violations. Sharing someone’s personal information without consent (doxxing), leaking private messages, or posting biometric / medical data of others.
3. Adult Content Rules
Fansee supports an adult (18+) content tier that sits behind an age gate and explicit opt-in. Creators posting adult content must additionally:
- Complete Fansee’s identity and age verification before gaining upload privileges.
- Ensure every person depicted is 18 or older at the time the content was created, and retain records to prove it (see our 2257 compliance statement).
- Obtain clear, documented consent from every identifiable person in the content.
- Tag adult posts correctly so the age gate applies.
- Not depict, reference, or suggest that anyone involved is a minor.
4. How to Be a Good Creator
- Be accurate. Don’t promise content, schedules, or perks you can’t deliver.
- Respect your audience. Listen to feedback, be transparent about price changes, and honor active subscriptions.
- Credit collaborators. If others contributed, say so, and obtain their permission.
- Keep adult content clearly marked. SFW accounts should stay SFW; mixed creators should use the adult tier correctly.
5. How to Be a Good Fan
- Disagreement is fine; harassment is not. Keep comments civil.
- Don’t redistribute creator content off-platform. Paying for access does not give you a redistribution license.
- Use the report button for anything that crosses these guidelines rather than attacking in comments.
6. Enforcement
We take graduated action based on the seriousness and recurrence of violations:
- Warning — most first-time, low-severity issues.
- Content removal — posts, comments, or collections that violate guidelines are removed.
- Feature restrictions — limiting posting, commenting, monetization, or payouts while a case is reviewed.
- Account suspension or termination — for severe or repeated violations, and always for content involving minors or non-consensual material.
- Certain violations (CSAM, threats of violence, criminal activity) are reported to law enforcement.
7. Appeals
If you believe an action against your account or content was a mistake, reply to the enforcement notice or email [email protected] within 30 days. Include the post or account URL, the decision ID, and a short explanation. We review appeals within 7 business days.
8. Reporting
Use the in-app report button on any post, comment, profile, or message. For urgent safety issues (threats, suspected minors, non-consensual content), email [email protected] and we will escalate immediately.
9. Changes
These guidelines evolve as the community does. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. See the “Last updated” date below.
