Welcome to Fansee. By using fansee.cc you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Who Can Use Fansee

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Fansee. The platform contains content intended for adult audiences.

2. Your Account

• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account.
• Keep your profile information accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Content & Conduct

When posting or interacting on Fansee, you must not:

• upload content depicting minors, non-consensual acts, or any other content prohibited by applicable law;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
• engage in harassment, spam, or fraud;
• attempt to bypass security, access controls, or rate limits.

4. Creators & Monetization

Approved creators can share free posts as well as subscription, pay-per-unlock, and tip-enabled content, and may host collections and live streams. Earnings are settled according to the schedule and payout rules shown in the creator dashboard.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain copyright in content you upload. By posting, you grant Fansee a limited license to host, store, and display that content so we can run the platform. The license ends when you delete the content, except as needed to serve users who have already paid to access it.

6. Payments

Subscriptions, unlocks, tips, and gifts are processed by our payment partners. Digital purchases are generally final; recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your settings and remain active until the end of the current period.

7. Enforcement

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or the law. Serious violations — including anything involving minors — are reported to the appropriate authorities.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Meaningful changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect.
