Account

• Sign up / sign in: register with your email and verify it. Use the “Forgot password” link if needed.
• Security: enable two-factor authentication under Settings → Security.
• Delete account: available from Settings → Account. Some data may be retained as required by law.

Content

• Free and locked posts: some posts are free; others are available via subscription, single unlock, or tipping.
• Collections: related posts (articles, videos, series, books) are grouped into collections on the creator’s profile.
• Live streams: creators can host live streams; trial previews may be available before unlocking.
• Bookmarks & likes: save what you love; your bookmarks are private.

Payments

• Payment methods available depend on your region and appear at checkout.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime in Settings → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the current period.
• Receipts are emailed automatically.

Creators

• Apply from Settings → Become a Creator.
• Manage posts, subscriptions, unlocks, tips, and collections in the creator dashboard.
• Payouts are released once you meet the minimum threshold and complete payout KYC.

Safety & Reports

• Use the report button on any post you believe violates our Terms.
• For urgent content concerns (minors, non-consensual material), email [email protected].
